Further if my spouse send my records as well will that work?

Yes it really doesnt matter who sends it coz you and your spouse both have been given access to uci numbers and file application numbers. Better to upload these proofs on the cic london portal. Get the chunks of your proofs the important ones and scan and prepare pdf files. The max u can upload is 3 mb and each file should not be more than 2 mb i guess. So prepare two files of 1.5 mb each. This will help you build a stronger case and if for some reason they put u in interview queue, they ll definitely take you out from that keeping in mind recent proofs.

Since you are go to an Canada Immigration office in Canada and request an interview telling them what has happened and see first if there is something they can do for you in Canada. They must set up a date for Interview.......................In Sha Allah

I don't know what's the real basis for rejecting our file. Regardless of having a baby or not, I feel like I wasn't given a fair chance to explain my situation. They could've asked for more proofs to validate our relationship. They could've asked for me to visit Pakistan, come in for an interview etc. I have both English and Urdu nikkanama and it's as real as everyone's here. If they seem to find a 'red flag' with the nikkanama, they could've asked me/lawyer and I'm sure there could've been ways to prove the validity. They can't put me on a trial, give sentence and close the case without asking if I'm pleading guilty/not guilty. Then it's not a fair trial, it's a ruling!

I would like to share my timelines

Application received May 1, 2014
Approval Letter sent on 26th June

Recently i got this response from LVO on 9th Feb asking for the following

After an initial review of this file by this office, we require the following:


-CSQ: Quebec selection certificate.
-An explanation for the timeframe of almost 3 years between marriage and submission of your application.
-Copy of passport pages showing entry/ exit stamps as evidence of sponsor's presence in Pakistan from 08/12 – 02/14. Please provide any other available proof of cohabitation during this period.
-Updated Pakistan police certificate.

Please provide the above within 45 days of this email's date.

Please go to the link and upload your files here. Once you submit, you will recieve an automated email. They wont reply you confirming that the proofs has been added to ypur application. You will have to order notes after a month or so to make sure that these are added.
