I have very similar time line as ours. My ecas status is chaged to "Decision made". But heard nothing about origial docs.

I'm 2015 applicant here is my timeline:

Application receive March 24/2015
Sponsor approval May 25/2015
File transfer to LVO May 25/2015

and yesterday September 16/2015 my wife's status change from "application receive" to "In Process".
ECAS shows that the case is in process from May 28/2015. So, does that mean within the next 4 to 5 months it will be finalize. I have sent in a complete application with everything and I mean everything, lol.

Yes, possibly if no issues. Best to monitor spreadsheet every week to see progress.

What does it mean when your ECAS status has changed to in process and when you click it, it says medical tests have been received along with the older things they posted.

*Attention 2015 applicants*

If your ecas has changed to "in process" for permanent residence application, this is a positive sign that the visa officer has opened your file.
I suspect it will take 2 to 3 months for a DM. The truth is it really depends on how many applications they are opening.
Because this is an election year, I suspect CIC are going to process are larger quantity of applications and cut down on processing times.
(9-Sep/15) If you currently notice the spreadsheet, the bottom 3 applicants that got a DM did not have to go through a re-med.
This is a positive sign that will allow them to quickly get to the 2015 applicants.
And if this is a permanent routine change, this will be a significant positive impact for future applicants as it will cut down on the processing time by 2 months!!! (from the current timeline of 11 months)

Well my ECAS has changed to "in process" and I guess it did on 17-Sep-15.
