Just read through the new checklist (anyone have an exact date when this came out?) and see that applications are now supposed to be sent to Sydney office instead of Mississauga? Does this mean everything processed there instead of Mississauga?

Also see that they want IMM5669 upfront now? Why the changes all the sudden?

IMM5669 and police check upfront update isn't that new, been a few months.

Processing office switch is likely load balancing for workload.

Actually, pre-December 2016, Police Certs and IMM5669 were required 'upfront' as part of the pack. They changed it from January 2017.

So all they have done is changed it back again!

A better (rhetorical) question might be 'so why the hell did you change in the first place?!'
