Spousal sponsorship & OSAP

I'm quite new in this forum. It will be a great help to me if you please provide me information regarding the following questions...

1) Is it possible to sponsor my wife while I'm on OSAP?

2) Should I have to do any work while on OSAP to sponsor my wife?

3) Can I take OSAP after sponsoring my wife?
