Spousal sponsorship,imm oo08 dependant children.

Hello to everyone my name is Steven and I have a small problem according application IMM0008.
I was born in Canada and know I want to sponsor my wife.My children born to Greece but I don't have the citizenship for them yet.
Do I have to include them in IMM 0008 (add dependant).

No, you don't need to include them; only children needing to be sponsored are included in the app. Your children cannot be sponsored because they already qualify as citizens. If you did include them, CIC would just send it back and tell you to apply for their citizenship. I do suggest starting the citizenship process for them as soon as you can, as it does sometimes take awhile.
