I am almost done with the IMM forms and documentation for my Spouse Sponsorship. Little background i am sponsoring my wife who is in India and i am working in Canada.

1. I have not filed my taxes yet since i joined May 2018, i do not have Notice of assessment or Option C. I am giving a letter of employment from my employer with my paystubs and bank statements etc as proofs. CIC asks for a letter of explanation for not providing the CRA docs. Do anyone have a format for the letter please share it with me, also is the above documents enough.

2. I am planning to keep a cover letter explaining all the documents and important points. Should the letter be written by me or my wife ?

3. after submitting the PR i am planning to process a TRV for my wife and visit me meanwhile. In case if they call for biometrics can she give those information here in Canada ?

4. My Wife's Birth Certificate was registered during birth, but the certificate with english was issued 4 years ago. The CIC asks to submit SSC,HSC and Degree certificate which we will submit. Should we also submit our voter ID card copy along with it ? please confirm .

Please help me folks, your help is much appreciated

Thanks
Raphael

does documents are okay.....there is no standard format for the letter.....just explain.

cover letter is not mandatory and sponsor or applicant could write.....but is not mandatory.

yes good to submit our voter ID card

I agree with wakki. The documents are fine, submit the voter card.
Just to add, trv is hard to get during the process. Not completely impossible, but not likely.
