Did you say "yes" in the original application to the question about whether you have ever been refused a visa?
If you gave an interview for a US visa, you were either approved or refused. If you were refused, you needed to mention this in the application. Failing to mention refusals is a big problem for applications to Canada.
Again, exactly what did the letter say?
after receiving mail from embassy side i give full detail to embassy and people who did not pass us interview everyone get same latter if they rejected
It's hard to help you without seeing the email that IRCC sent to you about failing to declare the US refusal. However failing to declare a refusal generally leads to your application being refused. In some cases IRCC may even give you a five year ban. The chances of approval are likely low now
