Spousal Outland sponsor question

Hi,
I am P.R live in Canada and I am sponsoring my spouse who lives outside canada. I have filled out all the forms except Representative(imm5476e) form as I have kept her address & contact info for responding about this application.

My question is , Can I (sponsor) send my spouse's file to Sydney with my name & address(Canadian) on top of the courier ?

What happens if Cic wants to return the application? Does it goes to PA address(outside canada) or my address as I have sent courier from Canada?

Do i have to pay fees by using my spouse's cic log in and her email or i can pay from mine. ?

It will go to the sponsor's mailing address listed in the app.
