Spousal open work permit

I am confused as i put my spousal file in april 2021 and portal got update that medical is clear.

my question is i just finished my education and going to apply for PGWP but i am scared that my change of status will affect the spousal file that leads to refusal or it doesn’t affect the file?

I am also facing the same situation. I have applied for my spouse visa when I was studying, however, now I have applied for PGWP. You need to raise a web form saying that your status has been changed. And you must have atleast NOC B job to be eligible.
