Hi friends my SOWP expired on September and before that i applied for visitor record extension. I am waiting for my husband's 3rd pay stub to apply for my work permit. As per IRCC website it will take more than 6months to get approved. But right now I badly need a Job, waiting this 6 months is too long. Is there any otherway to overcome this situation legally?

No, all you can do is wait. You can’t work until you have a work permit.

My former employer offered me but right now even i cannot use that. Anyway thanks for your valuable information

Do you have a LMIA? You still need to apply for a work permit. And then you can only work for that employer.
Am i eligible for for flagpoling if i got his 3rd paystub, right now i am on implied status even in case of visitor as well

Not sure because you are on implied status. Are your from a visa exempt country. You don’t possess a work permit and you are on implied status.

The following foreign nationals are permitted to Flagpole:
  1. Residents of visa-exempt countries with an LMIA-exempt job.
  2. Residents of visa-exempt countries in possession of a positive LMIA.
  3. Residents of the U.S., St. Pierre & Miquelon and Greenland.
  4. Residents of visa-required countries already in possession of a study or work permit (flagpoling for the purposes of renewal).
