Spousal open work permit as I'm a dependent PR applicant

Hi,

My husband applied for PR in Canada after getting MPNP nomination (expiry on june 2019). We have received our PR file number and our application is under processing. My husband is working under NOC code C and his open work permit is going to expire on October. Can I apply for an open work permit along with my husband during his visa extension. My husband is currently working in Canada and I'm staying in my native country. Please help me with valuable suggestions.

No - you can't. Your husband must be in a NOC A, B or 0 role in order for you to qualify for a work permit.
