Hi. my wife is in Pakistan. I want to sponsor her. The question is that she has to get her biometrics and medical done before sending application or does it come in effect after dec 31, 2018. Thank you.

Biometrics are required per the cic website and heriving in pakistan. Medicals cannot be submitted upfront. You must wait for the rrequest from cic for that. You do need a police check and schedule a sent upfront. I suggest you review the checklist and the guide for documenta required and assistance with clarification on questions and stuff
