applied in july 2013.

my Second medical done in November 2014.

and i got ppr-1 in feb 2015,

after that i m waiting for ppr 2.

i emailed LVO on 22nd April, but no reply from them.

Don't know what to do. My case is in process from last six months,

My wife got PPR on Friday and went to office Monday but it was closed out as well due to long weekend.

However, when she went there VACs asked for 16 thousand rupees instead of 1,550rupees as our member suggested and directed her to the bank. I told her to go back on Tuesday and tell them that it is not for TRV and just a passport transmit fees.

Can anyone confirm how is the payment made and it is at the VACs office in cash?? she went to the Karachi one.

Cannot comment why Karachi office asked incorrect amount, but in ISB they asked for 1,550 something in cash and that was it. I am assuming they didn't know what she was there for. Usually they just ask for the email correspondence and know what to do from there.

I guess the people on the desk on Monday didn't know or just wanted to give her a run around. She went on Tuesday and had no problem with 1,550 rupees payment for transmission of passport.

Guys.i also added spouse name and pp number in the Appendix A form when i got ppr. But spouse is already canadian citizen and im the principal applicant. Plz tell me wud they create an issue?????.

Hi Folks,

Alhamdolillah my Wife finally got her passport request (PPR) email Today.

Quick questions (sorry too excited that the moment):

- In the attached PDF letter, it is stated that:

The issuance of your Confirmation of Permanent Resident document(s) is time sensitive so it is important for you to submit your passport(s) when requested.

-> What is PPR1 and PPR2?

-> What do they mean by 'Confirmation of Permanent Resident Documents(s)'? Should my Wife wait until she receives 'Confirmation of Permanent Resident Document' from CIC/LVO before submitting her passport to Islamabad via VFS?

My understanding was that she will print out this PPR, fill up the attached form, send photographs and her passport to Islamabad where they will staple the Canadian PR visa to her passport and return it back to her. I am confused about the COPR here.

-> Do we have to any additional fees (I paid the $1050~ fee at the time I filed her application with CIC)? They haven't mentioned anything about the fees in this letter.

-> How do VFS send the passport back -- does she have to go to collect the passport or do they house deliver? Do they give any tracking number for the passport?

Can someone help me please,
I am a canadian citizen living in pakistan and i have applied for the sponsorship of my daughter and husband
My application details are:
Case Filed: 23 dec 2013
Approval: 08 feb 2014
Medical requested: 13 nov 2014
Additinal documents and RPRF requested: 23 feb 2015
Current status : decision made

I am really very confused on my online status there is only one name mentioned and that is my husband name my daughter name is not mentioned in the status and secondly my status says decision made is it a good sign or not??
