No, you'd have to update his travel history when you'd be asked for submitting "Travel History Form" again during final stage of your case process.

Can you please tell us when you sent the passport ? Did you drop it off at the VAC office like they mention in the email?
Also which VAC did you go through?

we got the request on 22 of Jan and sent it 2 days later. We dropped it off at the VAC office (Islamabad)

Hi,i am new to this forum. i even dont know how to use it. but i am going through some tough time regarding my medical. they asked me for a re medical. and it's just that they arent confirming one date or a place. In one email , the IOM office wrote 24th of march 2015 at lahore office and in the other they wrote 19th march 2015 at Islamabad office. Actually i requested them for an early date cuz i had to get the re medical done in 30 days of the email recieved. what should i do ?? how to confirm the date and place..?? ???

You may call IoM and confirm. Not a big deal i guess. Try calling in early working hours.. Around 8:30 or 9 am

I have been calling,,, but they arent picking up... once it went to recording wch said dial ur extension if u know. i duno any ext.so....

Dear brothers and sisters, Thanks to Almighty God. I have just received passport request for my spouse. There is an appendix form. Just wanted to ask you all, if my children have Canadian Citizenship granted. Do I need to put their names in there?

Also I just came to forum and learned about refusal of "prayingforpr". I am so sorry sister. If you dont feel you wanna go to Pakistan (Which I think might be a good idea), may be hire a lawyer for sure. Cause they have to give you a time to explain your situation and which I believe were never given to you. So lawyer at this point can save you from this reckless decision. Praying for you.

Plz let me know how to do that appendix rightly.

when you get a passport request so we can not the number of days between decision made and ppr2 request and during that period what u did meand how u know that your case is approved and congs for request and please pray for every one specially our sister prayingforpr so that her problem can solve soon as it is depressing news.
