I APPLIED IN APRIL 2013 AND ACCORDING TO ECAS STATUS, MY PR STATUS CHANGED TO DECISION MADE.

I NEED TI TELL U HERE WHOLE STORY, ACTUALLY APPLIED IN APRIL 2013, RECVD SPONSORSHIP REJECTION IN JULY 2013. AS MY HUSBAND WAS IN DEFAULT OF PREVIOUS SPONSORSHIP UNDERTAKING. THEY SENT US LETTER IN JULY 2013 ADVISING US TO PAY THE DEBT AND SUBMIT THE CLEARANCE LETTER TO ISB . MY HUSBAND PAID THE DEBT IN FULL AND SENT CHC ISB RESPONSE WITH PROOFS IN FEB 2014. AFTER THT WE DID NT HEAR ANYTHING. BUT MY HOPES ARE HIGH INSHAA ALLAH IT WILL BE A GOOD NEWS FOR US

my friend is also sponsoring their spouse they got an email askibg for nikkah nama. she alreafy sent the marraige registration certificate before so are they just sdking for the same thing again? they gave 30 days so shes in a hurry! thanks guys

Nikah naama is the document the bride and groom sign at the time of wedding where as marriage registration certificate is the one you get from union/ arbituarary council. Did she submit the nikah nama innitially? I think she did not, thats why they are asking for it.

They need the original Nikahnama (Urdu version) with signatures of Nikah khawah

I got the same request...I had sent in the original urdu and english nikkah nama along with the english translation of the urdu nikkah nama..
I got the originals returned to me 2 months after I applied in march 2013....
I have a feeling they must have not received the documents from Islamabad OR they just wanted to see them again or something..

in either case, im glad they are LOOKING at my file...thats good enough for now. iA decision will be made soon

Once the case is decided after that VO return all the originals. They just scan the docs for the record. Seems Islamabad VO had transferred your file to LVO without the Nikahnama and returned it to you instead. They were suppose to transfer the file to LVO along with all the documents.

The paper file is never transfered to LVO. I got my original nikah nama back at my husband's residence in canada. The e file was transfered to isb. And later the same e file was transfered to lvo. But the hard copy stays in ottawa. Asking for nikah nama means that at that time they might have not scanned it or lost the soft copy. May be... Just a guess

Means once the Visa office issues visa, it returns docs as well. Now all Pakistanis have to submit their originals, our's are also submitted.

I have checked with my friend who applied as sponsor from Toronto for his wife as outland applicant (purely Islamabad case file did not transferred to LVO). They got all the originals i.e. educational docs, nikahnama, birth certificate, and even photographs from Islamabad VO along with the visa in Nov 2013. This means CIC Mississauga sends paper file to the respective VOs. One of my friends has also submitted his wife's passport at Islamabad VO for visa (file transferred from Islo to LVO case). They are expecting to get originals also, my friend in Canada has received nothing, so lets see...

mine transfer directly in january 10 untill now no response ecase shows documents received medical passed by gcm
