Spousal application transferred to Etobicoke

Hi everyone can someone help how long take application in etobicoke to answer about eligibility

If your case is transfer to etobicoke (spousal/family sponsorship) for further assessment, there is no timeline for it.

I just got an email saying that my student visa application got transferred to Etobicoke. I've heard only very complicated case will get transfer there and most likely it will get rejected. Could I get any help on this? I felt intense and depressed rn.

This is true for family sponsorship applicantions. I have no idea where and why student visa/study premit is processed. It may or may not be true. You should check in the international students section of the forum.

Hi no timeline okay but after 2 months i got deportation and closed file now from February 2023 they open my application again and waiting the eligibility still in process that’s what i wanna know if there time limit for that thank you

My app got processed on nov 2023. Applied on 12 May 2021. I just did follow up with my MP.

Oh my god. No not yet. Watching these thread make me nauseous. I am at very early stage. Ours just got transferred last week.

Hopefully because PA has a removal order in place. We have filed for PRRA lets see

How do long, what … after you’re file was transferred did you receive any communication at all from them?

I have deportation then they close my file in a while they reopened and now waiting from 13 months nothing happened yet
