Hello

I am applying for PR for my spouse ... I am a Canadian Citizen living abroad.

Today the doctor responsible of the medical examination told me that i should have an address in Canada to be used for in the examination form of my spouse. Is this true or should i only provide my current address abroad?

note: I have a proof that ill be returning to Canada (PhD university admission)

thanks for your help

No. Your doctor is mistaken. You do not need to provide an address for your wifes examination. Your wife would need an address, so I am not sure what this doctor is talking about. Give them the correct address for your wife for where she is currently residing.

Thanks Alot Alurra,

so basically the form only needs where my wife is living and not me. That is what i thought.

Thanks agian :)
