I hope someone can help me. I submitted the application on August 1,2018 outside canada (spouce sponsorship application) and last month I received that I should submit my biometrics then I received an email said your spouce application can now receive free pre_arrival Services and in the same letter there is website asking to register in one of the services. Con you please tell me what this letter refers to . Is that mean I got approved for PR and can you tell me what should I do ?
