I came across this older discussion and wanted to add that I’ve never seen anyone get in trouble for casual betting as long as it’s just personal gambling and not running a business. The key issue seems to be whether it counts as “work,” which it usually doesn’t. Has anyone here ever been asked about betting or gambling by IRCC during an application or interview?

I can play myself from time to time of course, but it's just for fun. I play from my phone so I go to UnionSlots and look for some game with a high rating. What you need, if you want a reliable and proven game.
I’ve never been asked about casual betting by IRCC. From what I’ve seen, they focus on employment, not personal activities!
