hi thank you for the answers i really appreciate. So no need to worry for me to apply before expiration of my visa, same thing with my open work permit? I mean is not going to affect in applying my open work permit? Coz i have to submit together the application.

Ansolutely you should if it is close to expiration. Should your application be returned and youre out of status you will have to apply to restore your status before you apply again
