I am a permanent resident of Canada, living in Manitoba. I have to sponsor my sister from India. What documents/ forms do I need to fill up to sponsor her. Would I have to sponsor her through provincial nomination class?
Unfortunately it's not possible for you to sponsor your sister unless you have no spouse, children or other family members in Canada and both of your parents are deceased. She will have to apply and qualify on her own. However she may get extra points for having a sibling in Canada which may help her qualify to immigrate.
