I have a brother who is not in Canada with me and my father. He is now 26 and he would like to come to Canada and live with us. My question is if he is eligible to be sponsored by any means under family class and if you could explain in short guidelines. Thank you so much

A 26 year old son would not qualify as a dependent under family class, unless they were single and had been enrolled in school full time since before turning 22 years old.

How exactly did you father get PR/citizenship, and yourself, without involving your brother?

I was of age 21 and I was still enrolled as a student 2 years ago. My father got it through marriage.

You should tell him to take up a skilled trade, and apply through Provincial Nominee Program. Skilled trades are experiencing a shortage, and he will get PR very quickly through those kinds of jobs.

Hmmm...typically, if a person fails to declare family members in their PR application, they risk losing their PR. Since the OPs father is now a Canadian citizen, does that abolish the misrepresentation?

Reading OP's previous posts, the children were declared and medically examined for the father's application but were non-accompanying. OP decided later to come to Canada and was sponsored at the age of 21. No misrepresentation.

I wasn't able to check the previous posts to get the back story, but I still wonder what would happen in a case where a PR later became a Canadian citizen that had misrepresented themselves? Anything? Nothing at all?

Yes, my father cane here without us the first time due to our high school and elementary. We could not come because we were close to finishing both at that time we did not want to leave our mother. After that, time passed and well, it was already too late when I applied because my brother was already 23 then.
