Hello guys. I am applying for study permit extension in Canada.
I have a few questions regarding the same and an help would be really appreciated.
To give a background, I have 3 terms still left in Canada. I have a common-law partner living with me in Canada too. I also have my parents ready to show sponsorship. I myself have 2 terms fees (1 year fees) in my bank account and another $5000 on top of that. I believe just showing $27000 (My 2 terms fees is 23000 and 4000 extra) won't be enough to extend my study permit in Canada. Am I right?
1. Can my common-law partner sponsor me? If yes, will I just need a letter of support and relationship and bank statement of her? Should the letter be notarized or something? Can someone please post a template for the same?
2. If not, I will tell my parents to sponsor me. It would be nice if someone can post their template that got accepted for letter of support.
Thanks a ton in advance.
