Sponsorship for Dependent Children in Canada_ No Webform Tab to Choose from & Cannot Submit a Webform

The PR application for my dependent child is pending for a long time and I would like to send a webform to ask for updates. However, it seems that there is no corresponding category for me to choose for our application type. Under "Sponsorship" tab, there are only two options, one is " Sponsorship - Spouse, common- law partners in Canada", the other one is "Sponsorship - Spouse, common -law partners, dependent children, parents/grand-parents living outside of Canada".

To my knowledge, since we submitted the application in Canada, the first one does not include the sponsorship for dependent child in Canada, the second option mentions dependent children, but is talking about the cases outside of Canada.

Has anyone ever submitted a Webform for the PR sponsorship for a dependent child? Which category should I choose in terms of my application?

Only spousal/common law sponsorship has an inland option. All other family sponorship are considered "outside" even if they are currently staying in Canada.

I called IRCC, the agent from IRCC said that I can choose the first option to submit the webform though dependent children are not listed there. The webform will be directed to the officers who are responsible for the cases of family class sponsorship including dependent children.
