ask a lawyer if you have one, but my understanding is that you cannot have an open refugee claim with family sponsorship. You would first have to withdraw your refugee claim or your refugee claim would have to be refused before family sponsorship can move ahead. I am not an expert, best to ask a lawyer, get 2 or 3 free consults with different ones to make sure you are getting the right information.
