I am single and sponsoring my mom for 2021 sponsorship . But I also have plans to get married, (already looking for a good partner) . If I find one I will get married in few months ,
Can I sponsor my spouse after I submit the application of sponsorship for my mom.
Do I have to wait for 5 years to sponsor my new wed wife...

Yes, you can sponsor your spouse after you sponsor your mother.

No, you don't have to wait five years. You can sponsor your spouse immediately.

will CIC check my income ? because we will be 3 after .....
Also if my mom gets her PR, can she sponsor her dependents soon after her PR?

If your mother has any dependent, they MUST be included in your application and your income needs to meet the requirement of all members of the family that you are sponsoring (i.e. your mother and her dependents).

If you get marry after your application is submitted, your future income will need to meet the requirement of the additional family member. So if you get married some time in 2021 after you send in your PGP sponsorship, your 2021 and 2022...etc income will need to meet that for the additional member.

BTW... What do you mean submitting your mom's application this December 2021??
2021 PGP sponsorship is via lottery and all the "winners" have been announced.
Did you get an invite? If your mother has dependents and you only have income for 2 people... you do not qualify to sponsor her family.
