Sponsoring spouse Outland

Has anyone applied for spouse sponsorship (Outland) in the past year? How many applications take more than CIC's proposed time of 12 months?
CIC received our application on October 10,2017 and status is still waiting for decision.
Any advice, except to remain patient?

Spousal sponsorship process completion time varies depending on the Visa Office and on a case basis.......will advice you assume process completion takes 12 months to help reduce the waiting stress.......relax.....its a wait game.
