Can someone tell me what is and what is not possible because I am a bit confused?

I am the spouse of the skilled worker and have permanent visa. We have been in Canada for over a year now. Can I somehow bring my parents here? Thanks

Do you mean you have PR status? If so, then your best option to bring parents is with supervisa. Parents can come for 2 years at a time before needing to renew, only you must cover their health insurance during entire time in Canada. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/supervisa.asp

If you wanted to sponsor them for PR, then you need to wait until you have 3 years of Canadian income that meets the qualifying LICO amount.
