I am a Canadian living outside Canada with my husband. I want to sponsor my husband to Canada.
My parents are owning a property and we are willing to stay there once my husband gets his PR. My parents will prepare a letter that we could stay in their house in Canada free of cost once my husband gets his PR. I am not working right now and he is working in a foreign country.
I was a permanent resident till Dec 2014. I was in Canada till Dec 2014 completing my studies. I went outside of Canada for personal reasons but had to be back in April for my citizenship exam. I got my oath May end 2015. So, basically I had to go to Canada twice for 10 days in April and May for my exam and oath, but now I am back to stay with my husband and plan to return to Canada once he gets his PR. I am not that long outside of Canada. Will this make it easier for me to apply from outside Canada for my husband? Still I am worried as I am not sure if this would help my application to be stronger.
I have couple of other questions regarding my husband's immigration:
1) What exact evidences I need to show and explain CIC? Will my parent's property be enough to show CIC? I am not owning any property nor do I have any kind of employment in Canada as I am staying outside of Canada.
2) I had previously worked in Canada and do have experience letters. Can I show those? Should I start applying for jobs, email my previous employer and is it necessary for me to have an offer letter for employment?
3) My husband can explain in the "letter to intend" that we would be also looking for jobs. Is any more documentation required for my husband to show to CIC?
4) We both can also show are bank statements of our capital reserves. Would that also be enough to prove that we could manage ourselves until we don't get a job? I have my Canadian bank account active.
5) As we also have few friends, they can also provide a letter describing that we would be residing in Canada. Would that be also ok?
6) I also completed my schooling last year in Dec 2014 when I was a permanent resident. Should I show all these proofs?
7) I have also filed for my income tax to CRA this year, will this also be a good proof?
Please advise me on the above questions.
Thanks in advance.
