1. You need to meet the Mini.
2. Are your parents and grandparents deceased? If not, you can't sponsor your sister.
3. Do you have a sister/brother/aunt/uncle/niece/nephew in Canada? If so, then again you can't sponsor your sister, unless she is under 18 and a orphan.
