I don't know if you have to but i'd say it would be a good idea to include it for proof.

Like what, a letter of employment signed by myself?

I wish I knew the exact answer. Maybe post in other threads to see if anyone did it?

Are you self-employed as a company or a corporation?

Neither, have a small private study room.

I believe that qualifies you as self-employed.

But what proof of income would I need to supply for it, if any?

On the Sponsorship Evaluation form, regarding question 2, I am going to sellect both 'B' (employed) and 'C' (self employed).

1. Can I do that?

2. For the self employed, do I have to provide any documentation about that?

As for question '3', my 'net income' would have to be 2 B and C income combined, correct?

I didn't do this because once you do, you then have to prove that self employment income, which is difficult and complicated to do if you're teaching a bunch of privates or running a study room. You do not need to meet the minimum income requirement. Just include your option C printout and the letter from your employer. That's what I did, I did not mention the other half of my income which also came from a study room, and I was fine.

Internet is being disconnected in about an hour. Again, good luck to you all with your applications and I'll check back in on this thread when I'm back home and near an internet connection.

What about part 3 of that form then? Did you only mention the income you could prove then? If I only use the income from my letter of employment, my income for that last 12 months will be quite small, around 15k Canadian.

I only mentioned the income from the letter of employment which was also small compared to my total income. It's okay. Since you have no non-Canadian kids, you do not need to meet the minimum income requirement and your sponsorship application cannot be denied for lack of adequate income, so it doesn't matter.

The day I have been waiting 3 months for: ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I just cut the umbilical cord of a 2KG PR package! UPS just left with the package and it cost me 141,240won! They go by box size + weight. The ratio worked out to the charge for a 3 kg package. It will be scanned in the morning at Incheon and online tracking starts.

I've never been so happy to see a courier!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Congrats. Still waiting for my Option C, I am hoping it will come in a day or two, then my wife can go get her medical done. We are hoping to be finished before the holiday next week.

That's good. That's the point I was at about 10 days ago. As soon as option C arrived the wife made her medical appointment. The hospital did require the form (I posted a link on here) and 2 passport photos (not immi photos like the 9 for pr).

Do you have any other things to do except those 2?
