We scoured the forums and apologies for still posting here. My husband is with me here on a TRV and we are about to start his PR application. I am already a PR and we got married after I got my PR. He doesn't have a birth certificate in India, and he is in Canada with me now.
1. Would the alternative documents such as voter ID, school certificates etc suffice with an affidavit?
2. Has someone else had success requesting the consulate in Canada for a birth date verification document?
