Hi me and my husband wanted to sponsor my brother as a seasonal worker in Canada. My husband has a construction company does anyone knows how to start process?

First you'll need to advertise the job for at least four weeks to prove that no Canadian could be found for the role. Once you have met the advertising requirement, you will need to apply for a Labour Market Opinion. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

Once the LMO has been approved, your brother will be able to apply for a work permit.

Thanks.. thats bad... what is the way around?

They will have to see if they qualify to apply through one of the Federal programs (skilled worker or skilled trade) or one of the provincial nominee programs. It will help a great deal if they can obtain a permanent job offer in Canada.
