Hello Folks,
I received Permanent Residence application request for my father, mother and grandmother through lottery system.
Understandably IRCC wants my fathers birth certificate to apply PR for my Grandmother(as a proof of relationship). Sadly we don't have that available at this time. Considering time constraint to submit application within 60 days, has someone faced same situation when applying for PR? If yes, then what document did you use as a proof of relationship?
