Hi my partner is a permanent resident in Manitoba since 2013… under provincial nominee program…her daughter was included in the provincial nominee program… during his application on his permanent resident he declare his daughter not accompany will sponsor in the future… (reason why? the daughter has no passport yet and will expire his pnp if not submitted on the stated date his application for pr) Now the daughter has already passport… so how can he apply or what he should apply to get her daughter here in canada… her daughter age 6 yrs old.
