1. 41 days for the sponsorship at Mississauga.
2. 31 months for 80% of the applications at Nairobi with a complete application.

how does the british fit into it? timelines for UK passport holders are typically much much shorter, someone with current UK residency valid for a year or more can also apply through UK office
