Sponsoring a sibling

My sister is a Canadian permanent resident and has been for 12 years. I am 26 years old and have been on an IEC visa for almost 2 years. Can my sister sponsor me to stay?
I have looked on the CIC website and it seems it is possible but when I do the come to Canada
Tool it would seem I'm not?

Does anybody have any information? Sorry if this question has already been asked.0

If your sister is married, has kids, any other family living in Canada, or your parents are still alive... then she is not eligible to sponsor you for PR.
