You can only sponsor your nephew if you meet all of the following requirements:

- You have no spouse and no common law partner
- You have no children
- Both of your parents are deceased
- You have no other family members who are in Canada (e.g. siblings, aunt, uncle)

However your nephew can immigrate on its own (using express entry).
