Hi, I just want your help if I can sponsor my nephew with her family of 3 kids. I am a Canadian citizen and I believe I can apply to sponsor her. I found this website and wanted to make sure if can sponsor her family. It says 20 months to process. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can only sponsor your nephew if you meet all of the following requirements:

- You have no spouse and no common law partner
- You have no children
- Both of your parents are deceased
- You have no other family members who are in Canada (e.g. siblings, aunt, uncle)
