Hello Guys,

I have my sister in Toronto (citizen & Single), i have a TRV for 10 years.

I am wanting to come to Canada and Settle is it possible in Family class or any other way that any one could suggest (faster and easier)

If she has any relative who is PR or citizen in Canada, any children, or if either of your parents are alive she cannot sponsor you.

If this is the case, look into economic streams.

HMMM.. both parents are here with me so the family class is eliminated..

Economic stream is having a skilled profession that Canada needs and applying as a skilled worker. You should apply thru that as Express Entry candidates get PR in 6 months and all their spouses and children automatically get PR at the same time.

Also you mentioned u have no intention to live in Canada 2 yrs ago, and very happy living in India, why the change?

Ok.... so the express entry really helps?? and 6 months is actual time?? ...

yes 2 yrs back i was very clear to be in India... but after 2 failed attempts of TRV i finally got a VISA and i traveled in Feb 2016 for a month and yaaaa that changed...

I am still very happy in India, my Jobs good and secured....but my sis is alone so she also needs my + i have fallen in love with Canada..

Thats the drastic change... ;D
