Sponsored my family as a protected person

I added my wife and kid, after i was accepted as a protected person at the refugee board to my PR application.
I got my PR here in Canada and my family's file was sent to my country for processing. They had a refusal recently...what should be my next step ? Any body with same experience ?

The reason stated by the letter was that "the marriage is not geniun"
