Hello,
Is it compulsory for the person sponsoring me for my studies to have the tuition, living expenses all other fees in his or her account for 28 days, before I apply for my study permit?

Or
The money can be in the account for 1 week then I print out the statement of account since the sponsor as evidence of source of fund?
