Your question doesn't make any sense.

Do you mean sponsor for a visitor visa? In this case you can just apply yourself.

Of if you qualify for an economic immigration stream, you can apply yourself for PR accordingly.

There may be other streams where you could be eligible to apply on yourself. IRCC website has that informations. You can key in your details and it will tell you what streams are applicable for you. Then you can go to that stream details and find if you are eligible.
