sponsering my spouse through express entery?

Good morning,

I am working on sponsering my spouse to get the PR and come move with me to Canada.

But i have noticed there is something called express entery? Can I or Should I apply through that?

If not where exactly should I apply under which "file"?

Also can it be done all online? or just fill in online print and then mail?

Your spouse can apply through express entry if he has the points based on age, education, language score, etc. The score required is quite high currently at over 450.

Unless he has multiple degrees and is has a somewhat recent IELTS it would be much easier to sponsor him via Outland sponsorship.

Not sure where what province you moved back to or whether you have already moved back but many provinces have a wait period of up to 6 months before you can access healthcare even if you are a citizen. When leaving for long periods of time you are supposed to inform your provincial government so the can freeze your health care to prevent people from fraudulently using your health card number.
