I want to bring my boyfriends niece to montreal. Her parents abondoned her and her grandmother(boyfriends mother) can't care for her anymore. How do I do it. My boyfriend can't sponser her for legal reasons.

The only possible option is to bring her to Canada on a visitor visa.
