I have 3 passports

Previous 2 cancelled passports have my name mentioned as "Ravdeep Singh" in the Given name field and the Surname is empty.

I got it renewed in January and corrected my name as Given Name: Ravdeep, Surname: Singh.
When I applied for PR, I entered my name as Given Name: Ravdeep and Surname: Singh
Also when they asked whether I have changed my name, I marked it as No.

Now can that be a problem?

I don't think it would be a problem since your name is the same and you're filling out your PR application the same way your name is currently listed in your passport. If you are also submitting scans of your old passports, just explain in your LOE why it's different in the new one and point out that it's still the same name, just with the surname moved to the appropriate field.

I didn't submit any scans of the previous passports even though I have decent travel history. The new passport is empty but previous passports have US, UK and Europe Visas. Since they asked for only the current and valid passport, I uploaded new one! Now I am just a bit confused since I have not provided any proof for name change or for travel history.

You've never legally changed your name (from what you've stated, anyway), so answering "No" to having gone by a different name is correct. You only made a correction to your document.

They might ask for your old passports just to see the visas and travel stamps. If they do, then consider also submitting a brief LOE with them explaining why your name is slightly different in those passports. If you're worried about it, you can proactively submit your old passports through a CSE. Otherwise in my opinion nothing to worry about!
