Spelling error in Medical Report

Hello,

I just got my E-Medical form. unfortunately ... there are spelling errors in my name and my childs name . When I called the doctor he said the report has been sent and he can not make any changes.

Is it ok ? how do we fix the problem ?

Email the dr thanking for the medical and state the names were wrong. Ask the dr to respond via email acknowledging there were mistakes but it was sent anyway.
When you submit your app in your LOE explain the error and attach the emails from you and the dr.

Do what kry0n says, that good advice... but this has been discussed before... Your eMedical has you passport number and your photo, so a typo on the name shouldn't be a problem.
