Spanish cook wanting to work in Canada

Hi everyone!!!

I come from Spain and I am currently in the US on a visitors visa,
I want go to Canada to work as soon as possible... Is a Temp Visa the best option? Can I
apply for it here in the US? Whats the processing time?....

All the help will be greatly appreciated!! I'll cook some tapas for you guys!!!
