Space in form

I am filing Federal form and noticed that space in some column is not enough what should I do?

Same thing happened to me especially it happens in background info form so I made word document and mentioned all missing information you can do that it worked for me but mention it clearly which column it is

Ya you can use abbreviations but as I said if want to make word doc mention clearly in that
