I have some concerns which I thought can be solved here.
I have applied for an open work permit for my spouse on Feb 28th 2019 through a lawyer. My wife was working in Kuwait at that time and resigned after 2 weeks of application.
My lawyer told me that he has selected the country of residence as Kuwait and application was sent to Visa office at New Delhi. I am confused! Where does it actually goes? To India or Kuwait? I have already submitted a web-form with proofs of resignation and her travel history.
I would appreciate any help!
